Single Ladies Music Video Parody
My friend showed me this video clip of Justine Timberlake making the Single Ladies music video with Beyonce on SNL. It aired a while back last year in November, but I haven't seen it till now. You have to watch it AT LEAST 3 times so you can watch what each of the guys are doing. Hahahah!This is too hilarious!

☆☆Happy Birthday, Bu☆☆
Today is the 5th birthday of our little girl, Bu!
She is our little angel. Where her brother Kahlua constantly does things he's not supposed to (like pee on me while I'm sleeping...), Bu has no faults at all~ I mean, she's so good that she'll even go into the litter box to cover up the shit Kahlua failed to do after he's done his business. I guess after thinking really hard, the only thing Bu always does that she's not supposed to is eat plastic bags. Haha!
Look at this face! How can you argue that she's not angelic?
Quick blurb about Bu...
Bu adopted me when Carman brought her along to Vancouver from Hong Kong in the summer of 2006. I have spent brief time with Bu when I visited Hong Kong before then, and I felt I always miss her climbing onto my lap whenever I sat on the couch to watch TV when I returned to Vancouver. She's funny like that. If you pick her up, she'll struggle and push her way out of your arms. But if you'll sit still long enough, she'll walk up to you on her own sweet time and curl up on your lap.
Like all cats, she has her own routines. Every morning I get up to pee, she never fails to show up and circle on the bathroom mat until I scratch her bum. It's like she knows I'm stuck on the toilet for a while, and it's the best place and time to get some attention. Haha~
Bu also likes to drink water from the tub. She's ALWAYS sitting on the edge of the tub when I open the shower curtain after we showered. She'll look up, meow for us to scratch her bum, then jump down into the tub for a drink. She prefers to drink luke warm water.
Not only is she a picky drinker, she's also a picky eater. She won't eat anything but her usual cat food, MINCED wet food, and Party Mix treats. Unlike Kahlua... who'll climb all over you if you happen to be eating chicken, pork, fish, bacon, cheese, burgers, T&T bread... not to mention the cat treats... he goes psycho.
She's also very ladylike. She eats slowly, with small bites. She'll clean her face as soon as she finishes eating. In fact, she's always cleaning herself. She cleans up after her brother too (note the litter box situation mentioned above). She has the most perfect temper I have seen in any cat!
But having said that, she does have one major pet peeve... she absolutely hates it when we bite her tail. This is the only trigger that will cause her to act entirely un-ladylike. Heehee!

Backlogged....!!! >_<
Geez... haven't had an update in almost a month! I always end up procrastinating and putting off updating the blog every time I have a big batch of photos to post-process. I was entrusted with the duty of photographer at my friend's wedding last month, so I became busy with processing those photos.
Then Ta-Dah!!! Bebe graduated from her Associate Degree in Science. Whoohoo!! Half way done! The graduation ceremony was on June 4. I felt so proud of her when she walked across the stage~ Good job, Bebe! She walked across the same stage I did 3 years ago~ Haha.
The rest of the month was spend leisurely at home~ The weather was perfect that past couple of weeks. Kahlua cries everyday to be let out. Since he often runs head first into trouble, he'll have to settle with a leash when he's out. Bu will venture out on her own sweet time. She's very cautious so I don't worry much about her.
